Most banquet halls in Calicut are halls. Ours is part of a hotel — which means the bar is ten metres from the dance floor, the rooms are upstairs for the elders, and the kitchen has never once outsourced.
In-house catering means no third-party menu approval calls. Real plates, not buffet plastic. Audio-visual support included. Decor by the bride's choice — we coordinate. Bar set up on request, with all the licences in place.
No outside caterers. The same kitchen that runs Chimney and Cavallo plates your event. Custom menus per bride / per corporate / per occasion — vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain, halal certified, kid-friendly.
